We ordered the Salmon Poke Bowl for so long that one day, I thought, why not make it at home? π
After a few attempts and some tweaks, I can now replicate the tasty dish right in my kitchen.
If you arenβt familiar with poke bowls, they originated in Hawaii as a traditional fisherman's meal. They typically consist of raw fish (usually tuna or salmon) marinated in soy sauce and other seasonings. The bowl is served over rice with various toppings, such as avocado, edamame, seaweed, and sesame seeds.
